Simran Dhillon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with teens, adults, couples, and families through a warm, collaborative, and integrative approach to therapy. She is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges.
As a first generation South Asian therapist, she provides culturally sensitive care, offering a safe space to explore intergenerational trauma, cultural expectations and the pressures related to family roles and societal judgement.
Simran supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, relationship difficulties, and emotional stressors affecting individuals and families. She utilizes evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including:
Simran earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco and Palo Alto University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Social Action.
