Stephanie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and ESA Certified School Counselor in Washington State with over 13 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families.
She works with individuals across the lifespan and welcomes clients from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and lived experiences. Stephanie specializes in supporting those navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions. She has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences, as well as children and teens experiencing school-related challenges, executive functioning difficulties, and behavioral concerns. She also supports adults facing stress, burnout, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and the ongoing impact of trauma.
Stephanie has a strong foundation in working with complex and overlapping concerns, helping clients and families make sense of patterns across emotional, behavioral, and relational experiences. She brings extensive experience collaborating with families, schools, and community systems, supporting clients not only in therapy but also within the environments where they live, learn, and work.
Her approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and deeply relational. She believes therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and responsive to each person’s unique needs rather than rigid or one-size-fits-all. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, polyvagal-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, solution-focused therapy, and family systems work. She also incorporates play and expressive interventions when working with children and adolescents.
Stephanie’s work is grounded in helping clients feel understood, build emotional regulation and resilience, and develop skills that support meaningful, sustainable growth. She is experienced in supporting clients through high-stress situations and brings a steady, thoughtful presence to both everyday challenges and more complex clinical needs. Her background includes school-based counseling, private practice, and international clinical work, informing a culturally responsive and adaptable approach.
In addition to her licensure, Stephanie holds several advanced credentials, including National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist (CYMHS).
